  • The Sea of Fantasy BBS is BACK!

    Hey everyone! Unfortunately its not on the C64 (Image BBS) like it used to be. I am using Sychronet so it can be hosted on a server for me. However, I am trying to recreate it the best I can, since my aunt who used to run it had passed away. It has taken me awhile to even think about doing it, but here I am.

    The reason I wanted to start a BBS again, is because the way the current state of things are, I think BBS's will make a come back. A BBS is more personable, in most instances safer. I want to create a space where people feel comfortable discussing things, without feeling as though they won't be persecuted for thier opinions. If this sounds good, come give us a visit.

    that's cool. with synchronet you can use javascript or baja to make it look and work how you want. the baja coding language is very easy. all you need is some examples to look at and you can do most things easily.

    i disagree with that. i dont think people want bbses or personable.
