• No Picnic [1]

    Hi Dave,

Home again, after about 6,200 miles, good visits with both of our
daughters and their families, some good eating and a lot of run of the
mill but need to grab something quick sandwiches.

My air popper never ever had kernels stuck to the screen.

Ours had no screen, just an open chute. No kernals ever stuck but we'd have some "no pops" that would rattle around the bottom of the chute, letting us know that the popcorn was ready.

I wonder how they managed to keep the kernels out of the mechanism.

The inside was, IIRC, lined with metal, small vent holes for the hot air
down at the bottom. It has been years since we've had a popper; I could
    be remembering wrong.
