From Dale Shipp@1:261/1466 to All on Thu Jun 24 02:05:00 2021
There was a disruption in the force for a couple of days. Janis
Kracht's BBS was down as she was having system problems or something.
Finally came back up last evening. I had a big packet since I feed
directly from her. In addition, those who use Doc's Place were also cut
off from the rest of the world since he also feeds from her.

Hopefully, things are back to normal and will stay that way now.

Doc' has switched feeds as he has the patience of a pismire on methadrine.

It's not going as well as he had hoped.

Things may smooth out it a few days - I hope.

In other news - Sean Dennis' OUTPOST BBS is getting new hardware and a
rebuild of the software. It never rains gently. Always a tsunami.

I feed directly from Nick Andre here, and have a backup in place with
another system. The classic ezycom setup is at bbs.tinysbbs.com:3023
Offers both QWK and Bluewave packets. The Talisman setup also offers
both at bbs.tinysbbs.com:4323 or via SSH 4322

Talisman doesn't have fidonet yet as I'm still debating what do to.

port 3023. It's one of my regular stops along with Outpost, Waldo's &
    Janis Kracht's Prism.
