I do not know why the rules were double-posted. This has occured in every echo I moderate so I have to figure out why the software is suddenly acting up after using it for 23 years ...

Yes, it's fifteen until 3 AM and I have no clue why I am still up. :(

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Overnight Cookies
Categories: Cookies
Yield: 1 servings

2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Melted Butter
4 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking Powder
3 Eggs
Vanilla (Optional)

Combine sugar with melted butter. Sift flour and baking powder. Add
eggs alternately with flour to creamed mixture of butter and sugar.
Add vanilla if desired. Divide dough into 4 parts. Add one of the
following to each part: 1/2 cup coconut 1/4 cup peanut butter or nuts
1/2 cup dates 1 t ea. cinnamon and nutmeg. Roll dough separately in
wax paper or put in molds. Chill in refrigerator. Slice and bake 7-10
minutes at 400oF.

I only got one copy of the rules in all of your echo's. Maybe my dupe
filter caught it?

I've only seen single iterations at Doc's, Tiny's and Janis' Prism. I'll Haven't looked at Outpost yet. If they went out the dupe checkers got
them before the embarrassing questions started.

After looking at all the the packets I download regularly - your BBS is
the only one with the duplicate postings in COOKING & CLASSIC COMPUTERS.

No rules posting at all in HOME_COOKING or RECIPES which I thought you
had re-taken charge of.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Duplicate
Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Cheese, Herbs
Yield: 5 Servings

12 oz Box Barilla Whole Grain
- Spaghetti
1 cl Garlic; minced
2 ts Extra virgin olive oil
1 pt Cherry tomatoes; halved
Salt & fresh ground pepper
6 Leaves basil; in thin strips
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
Drain well.

Combine the garlic, herbs, tomatoes and a pinch of salt
in a microwaveable bowl. Add the pasta, making sure it's
completely coated in the sauce so it doesn't dry out.

Cover the bowl with cling film then pierce a few times
in the centre. Put kitchen paper on your microwave plate
to absorb any spills then place the bowl on top and cook
on High for 2 mins. Carefully peel back the cling film
and stir well. Add 5 tb water and stir again, then
replace the film and leave to stand for 1 min.

Serve on plates passing the Parmesan, salt and pepper.
