    Title: Salami & Eggs

slice the salami into rounds, notch them so they didn't curl up
    when fried

Gail likes fried bologna and does the same notching edges.

"Newfy steak." I haven't had fried bologna for years but suddenly
have a craving for it! I'll have to go buy some. It is, or at least
used to be, a regular item on Newfoundland restaurant menus,
especially at small town cafes and diners.
