    Title: Oyster Sauce Chicken (Ho Yow Gei)
    Categories: Asian, Poultry, Main dish
    Yield: 4 Servings

    2 lb Fryer cut in pieces
    4 T Soy sauce
    1 ea Small fresh ginger chopped
    3/4 c Oyster flavored sauce
    2 ea Cloves garlic sliced
    1 c Chicken stock

    Combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. Add chicken to sauce and
    marinade for 3 hours or more. Remove chicken pieces and place under
    broiler for 25 minutes each side, brushing chicken with sauce to keep
    moist. Serve with rice.
