Title: Chile Beer Damper

Yield: 1 Loaf
3 c All-purpose flour
1 tb Double acting baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 ts Sugar
1 tb Red chilies; like piquins
- jalapenos or tabascos,
- ground
24 oz Beer; not Lite
Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Spoon
the mixture into a greased bread pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and the loaf appears
done. Cool on a rack.
Serving Suggestions: May be served topped with Chile Cream
Cheese.
