    russian dressing is mayonnaise based. what you have there is a nice looking variant on catalina dressing.

    INGREDIENTS:
    soybean oil, water, tomato puree (water, tomato paste), sugar, vinegar,
    egg yolk, cucumber, corn syrup, salt, contains less than 2% of onion
    powder, natural flavor, spice, garlic powder, mustard flour, sodium
    benzoate (preservative), propylene glycol alginate, dried onion, xanthan
    gum, oleoresin paprika and turmeric (color), mustard seed, celery seed,
    onion, calcium disodium edta (to protect flavor), red bell pepper, dried
    red bell pepper.

    Like "French" salad dressing it comes in both orange and red varieties.
    I prefer the red. (in both)

    Title: The Best Red French Dressing
    Categories: Sauces, Vegetables, Chilies
    Yield: 1 3/4 cups

    2 ts Salt; to taste
    1 ts Paprika
    1/2 ts Colman English mustard
    - powder
    1/8 ts Worcestershire sauce
    8 dr Tabasco sauce
    2 ts Sugar
    1/4 c Catsup
    1/4 c Red wine vinegar
    1 c Oil
    1 cl Garlic; minced, more to
    - taste

    Mix all in airtight container.

    Refridgerate 4-8 hours before serving (8 is best).

    Can store in refridgerator for up to one week.
