1/3 c Chopped celery
1/3 c Chopped walnuts
1 ts Lemon juice
Lettuce
3/4 lb Sliced turkey
Jellied cranberry sauce;
- sliced in rounds

Combine mayonnaise, celery, walnuts, and lemon juice.
Layer lettuce, turkey, cranberry sauce slices, and
mayonnaise mixture between pieces of toasted whole-
wheat bread.
