Title: Uncle Dirty Dave's All Purpose Rub

Yield: 1 Batch
6 Parts chilli spice (I use
- Baron's Dark)
6 Parts paprika (sweet)
3 Parts ground coriander
3 Parts garlic granules
3 Parts onion graunles
3 Parts salt
2 Parts ground cumin
1 Part cayenne pepper
1 Part crushed red pepper
1 Part black pepper
1 Part dried leaf oregano
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an
airtight jar or container.

Yield: 1 Servings
8 Parts paprika
3 Parts cayenne
5 Parts black pepper
6 Parts garlic granules
3 Parts onion granules
6 Parts salt
7 Parts dried oregano
7 Parts dried thyme
(no cumin - good for fish and poultry)
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well.
Can be stored in an airtight container in your spice
cabinet for up to 3 months.
