    The Truth About "Baby" Carrots

True baby carrots are a real delight; one that only home gardeners
can know about when they thin their rows early in the season.
Baby beets and turnips (not rutabagas) are equally awesome.

    Cheers

Never had the latter two - only the fully mature versions. I am not a
fan of cooked turnips (or rutabaga). Beets, now that's a whole 'nother
    thing.
