Well, actualy, if I look at my log file, there are many connections
always coming from the same IP at the same time.
This is normal, this is a feature in some download manager programs
that connect many time to the same source in order to get a file
presumably more quickly.
I recall when I was using a FTP server software called Serv-u some
years back that there was an option for each user or each group of
users to disallow more than X conections from the same IP at the same
time.
There was also a nice option to limit FTP bandwith to X KB/S for a
user or a group of users.
If there is a way in future versions of Wins to have these kind of
features in the FTP server configuration, this would be very nice.
