It's nice to be able to enter a conference area and search for old items.. But it sure
would be nice if there was a way to do a System-Wide search of all message areas. I
know it would be system intensive, but consider this..

When you have 50 or more message areas and you're trying to find the recipe for Texas
barbecue sauce but you don't remember whether you posted it in the Good Housekeeping
area, or the Budget Gourmet area, or the Unique Cooking With Style area... so then you
have to go into each area and repeat the search..

By doing a global search similar to the way you can when looking for files, this would
prevent you from forgetting to search an area.

Something to consider adding in the future.. heck it might even pay to use the same
search code but add a checkbox for a global search, or just an area search..

    Hi Rick,

I have not tried the new wcNav program yet, but the old wcNavigator
allowed you to search all checked message areas for information. Have
you tried that yet? Use it and click on messages and then do a search
via which ever conferences you choose and see if you can find your
    Bar-B-Que Sauce.

And how would I go about doing this using my Apple OS X Mac?? Last I
checked you couldn't run the navigator on it so I had to resort to the HTTP access using FireFox.
