This site, www.gpdc.us, does not have a proper Wildcat! Telnet server running.
The address for this site is 64.202.189.170 and if you use Window's TELNET in a DOS box:
TELNET 64.202.189.170
You will see it connect, but no response here.
So whatever going on, you don't have Wildcat! running on this machine.
Is WCONLINE running on this machine?
If so, I will venture that you have a AVS FIREWALL or PROXY or ROUTER NAT issue or something that is interferring with your Wildcat! internet services.
