Ok, I've gotten a little spoiled with the scroll wheel on my mouse
but it doesn't work in WIN Navigator. Does anyone else notice this or
am I the only one that cares about this feature? :-)

It works just fine...I use it all the time. Make sure you have a driver installed that will add the wheel functionality to programs that don't
support it natively -- both Logitech's and Microsoft's drivers should
handle this. Also, make sure you click on the window you want to scroll
in first -- it's really easy for another window to have the focus
    without you realizing it.
