    He isn't, unless it happened very recently. I talked to him on Facebook a few weeks ago. He is, however, no longer running a BBS or a member of FidoNet.

    Nope, but he is non pollable for over a year.

    knowing the circumstances of what happened, it is understandable to a point... i was, however, targetting your initial statement (above) which said that 3 died... don't freak me/us out like that! ;)

    i can understanding losing the drive to set things up again... especially after the problem that caused his system to go down... i hope the insurance covered things properly for him...
