We have just change our OS from NT 4 Server to Server 2003 Enterprise and have found that WCreports will not run.

When I start WCreports I get the following error message:

Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

In that I use WCreports to add all new users it is important that I get this program up and running. Any suggestion that will fix the problem will be very much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    John Miller

On wcreports is the threed32.ocx missing? And, I want to know where on your 2003 you installed the winserver root (wc5)?

My original message was written last September. Since then we have wcReports up and running just fine. Honestly, I don't remember what the fix was on the problem noted in the message. Opps, still do have one problem though, can't run the Statistics feature of wcReports. If you have any ideas they would be appreciated.

To Answer your question, I have Winserver root installed at C:\WC5. Seems to run fine there.

Thanks for the 2003 info. I still haven't been able to run wcreports. It's sort of a dead issure with me.
