I have noticed that wcReports is not showing files that were downloaded via FTP in the top downloaded files. It appears to only show files that were downloaded by someone logged in on the http side. Is there a way to show downloads from FTP?

I believe it writes a generic download log in the activity file to record a download for any kind of session.

You would need a separate tool that will see which session type it is first before it reasons the generic download log line.

Another way is to use look at the WCFTP.LOG and maybe use the FINDSTR.EXE command that comes with windows to search for downlaods.

But wcreports itself does not do this. We can look at it as future
    request.

    Thanks, Hector.

Many different departments in our company have their own FTP areas to upload and distribute manuals and newsletters, and are usually being downloaded using FTP on IE through a link they receive in a corporate newsletter -Helps keep the load off the mailserver.
