This hobby could use an activity+status database of echos
carried via the echo movers for the benefit of a
fidonet/bbs user.

Janis publishes stats about active echoes based on traffic through her system in every issue of the FG.
Also, you can take a look at the STATS echo for other reportd from other systems in Fidonet.
