    I did it! :)

    I removed the previous config and I applied the config for the external editor:

    // UTF-8 by Michiel Van Der Vlist

    XLATIMPORT UTF-8
    XLATLOCALSET UTF-8
    XLATEXPORT UTF-8
    XLATCHARSET UTF-8 UTF-8 utf_utf.chs

    Now it works fine. :)
