PMFJI, but when I noticed WinPoint's flaw with TZUTC, I just
used XVI32 on outbound pkts. Winpoint didn't but in the needed
"-" in front of the 4 digit number in the TZUTC kludge, but
XVI32 helped me to accomplish that. I could have built a script
to run XVI32, but I decided that I wasn't going to stick with
WinPoint.
