2 lg Eggs
1 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Toasted sesame oil
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 cl Garlic; minced
1 ts Minced fresh ginger
2 c Shredded green cabbage
3/4 c Shelled edamame; thawed
1/2 c Peas; thawed
2 c Cooked brown rice; chilled
2 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Sliced green onion

In a small bowl beat egg and 1 tsp. soy sauce; set aside. In a wok or
large skillet heat toasted sesame oil over medium heat. Add egg
mixture; stir gently until set. Remove egg; cool slightly. Using your
