Title: Savory Blade Pot Roast

Yield: 7 Servings
3 lb Beef blade pot roast
2 tb Oil
- Salt
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Catsup
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
1/2 ts Garlic powder

1 ts Garlic granules
1/2 ts Dry mustard
In a skillet brown the meat slowly in the 2 tablespoons
oil. Sprinkle meat with salt.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover
tightly and simmer till meat is tender, about 2 hours.
Remove meat to warm platter. Skim excess fat from sauce;
spoon sauce over meat.
Servings: 6-8
