Turkey sandwiches are a popular snack after Thanksgiving because there is usually some leftover roast turkey. Of course, the turkey in the sandwich can also just be sliced deli turkey. What also usually goes on a turkey sandwich is mayo, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes. Cranberry sauce is optional.

Title: Cranberry-Turkey Sandwich

3/4 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Chopped celery
1/3 c Chopped walnuts
1 ts Lemon juice
Lettuce
3/4 lb Sliced turkey
Jellied cranberry sauce;
- sliced in rounds

Combine mayonnaise, celery, walnuts, and lemon juice.
Layer lettuce, turkey, cranberry sauce slices, and
mayonnaise mixture between pieces of toasted whole
wheat bread.
