Title: Sue Dunstan's Lemon Cake

125 g Butter
3/4 c Castor sugar
1 c Self-raising flour
2 lg Eggs
pn Salt
1/2 c Milk
2 Lemons; zest & juice
2 tb Caster sugar; extra
Set oven @ 180ºC/360ºF.
Grease and line a loaf tin.
Cream butter and sugar. Add zest, flour, eggs, milk and
salt.
Bake 45 mins - 1 hour.
Mix lemon juice and extra sugar. Pour over hot cake and
allow to cool in tin before turning out.
