Title: Bede's Banana Bran Muffins

Yield: 12 Servings
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 c Bran cereal
3 tb Sugar
3 ts Baking power
1 lg Egg beaten
1 c Mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Oil or melted butter
1/2 c Craisins or raisins
1/2 c Salted, toasted, sunflower
- seeds
Mix all ingredients together until well-moistened.
Fill well-greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes @ 400ºF/205ºC or until done (toothpick
clean).
Servings: 1 dozen
