    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Pesto-Parmesan-Topped Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Cheese, Nuts, Citrus
    Yield: 1 Servings

    3 oz Skinned, boned chicken
    2 tb Shredded fresh basil
    1 tb Shaved or fine-shredded
    - Parmesan cheese
    2 ts Toasted pine nuts
    1 ts Olive oil
    1/2 ts Fine shredded lemon peel
    1 sm Clove garlic; minced

    Saute or grill chicken until cooked through. In a small
    bowl combine basil, cheese, pine nuts, oil, lemon peel,
    and garlic. Spoon over warm chicken.
