    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Bruno's Brunch Pizza
    Categories: Pizza, Sauces, Cheese, Pork
    Yield: 3 Servings

    MMMMM-----------------------BÉCHAMEL SAUCE----------------------------
    3 tb Unsalted butter
    1/4 c All-purpose flour
    3/4 c Milk
    1/8 ts Salt

    MMMMM--------------------------THE REST-------------------------------
    1 ts Unsalted butter
    3 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
    1 (12") pizza shell
    4 sl (3"-dia) Canadian bacon
    1/2 lb Mild cheddar; shredded

    Make the béchamel sauce following the steps in the base
    recipe.

    Set aside.

    In a small non-stick skillet, melt the butter over
    medium heat until it just starts to foam.

    Stir in the eggs and scramble just until the eggs are
    set.

    Set aside.

    Spread the béchamel sauce evenly over the pizza shell up
    to the border (leave about 1/4" of border).

    Arrange the Canadian bacon slices evenly over the pizza.

    Spread the eggs evenly over the bacon.

    Sprinkle on the cheese.

    Bake.
