Title: Joan's Broccoli & Ziti Casserole

Yield: 6 Servings
16 oz Ziti pasta
1/2 c Olive oil
16 oz Chopped broccoli; thawed
6 cl Garlic; minced
16 oz Shredded mozzarella; divided
Set oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add
pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente;
drain.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute
broccoli and garlic until tender. In a large bowl, toss
together broccoli, cooked pasta, and 12 oz of shredded
mozzarella. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish. Sprinkle
with remaining cheese.
Bake in 350ºF/175ºC oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until
cheese is melted and lightly browned.
