    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Reuben Dip
    Categories: Dips, Beef, Cheese, Vegetables, Dairy
    Yield: 4 Servings

    1/2 lb Diced corned beef
    8 oz Pkg cream cheese; softened
    1 c Shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c Sauerkraut; drained well
    1/2 c Sour cream
    1 tb Ketchup
    2 ts Spicy brown mustard
    - Rye crackers or rye bread

    Heat oven to 350ºF/175ºC.

    Grease a 1 quart casserole dish.

    In a medium-size bowl, mix corned beef, cream cheese,
    Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, ketchup and mustard.
    Spoon into the prepared casserole dish.

    Bake at 350ºF/175ºC for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
    Serve warm with rye crackers or bread.
