Title: Idli Shaped Kallumakkai Ada

Yield: 4 Servings
2 c Rice flour
10 Mussels
2 Onions
3 Green chilies
1 ts Ginger-garlic paste
1 Te ground chile
1/2 ts Turmeric powder
1/4 ts Garam masala
Few curry leaves
Few coriander leaves
2 tb Oil
Salt
Clean and wash the mussels nicely.
Cook the mussels in water with red chilly
powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt as
required.
In a pan heat oil put the chopped onion and saute
well.add the ginger garlic paste,green chillies and
saute well for 5 more minutes.add chopped corinder
leaves,curry leaves and remove from the flme.
Mix rice flour with salt and water as required,knead the
dough well.Take small balls out of this dough.Make small
discs and keep a small amount of filling in this and
close it and roll it well.
Take an idli maker,rub oil on idli plates and place the
masala filled balls into the idli mould and press it to
get the correct idli shape.switch on the flame and steam
with lid covered for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the cooked adas from the idli makers and serve
hot.
