Title: Steamed Egg Ada

3 lg Eggs; boiled
2 lg Onions
3 Green chilies
Few curry leaves
1 ts Ginger-garlic paste
1/4 ts Turmeric powder
1/2 Ground pepper
1/4 ts Garam masala powder
Salt
2 c Rice flour
Water
Heat oil in a pan add onion,ginger garlic paste,green
chilly. Saute well till light brown in colour.
Then add all powders and saute till raw smell goes
off.Then add egg and combine well.Off the flame and Keep
aside.The filling is ready.
For the dough,mix rice flour with enough water and salt
as required.knead well.Take a vazhayila and spread small
portion and spread nicely. In the centre spread
filling,close well.make rest of the ada same like this.
Steam cook it for 20-25 minutes.
So enjoy healthy tasty egg ada
