Title: Egg Ship Appetizer

6 md Hard cooked eggs
2 tb Mayonnaise
2 tb Pickle relish; sweet or dill
1 ts Mustard
100 g Cooked ham; sliced
Cut cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Set
whites aside.
Place yolks in a plastic food storage bag. Add mayo,
relish and mustard. Press out air. Close bag.
Press and roll bag until yolk mixture is thoroughly
blended. Push yolk mixture into one corner of bag.
Cut off a small part of the corner and then squeeze bag
gently from the top to fill reserved whites with yolk
mixture.
Place each filled egg on one ham slice. Turn 2 opposite
corners up over the yolk mixture and gently press.
Chill in fridge before serving to let flavours blend.
