Title: Angelina's Spare Rib Stew

Yield: 5 servings
4 lb Country style spare ribs
29 oz Can Hunts tomato sauce
8 Fresh carrots; halved
1 Bay leaf
1 md Onion; diced
3 cl Garlic; minced
1/4 lb Fresh green beans; trimmed
4 md Potatoes; quartered
pn (ea) sugar & black pepper
2 Sprigs fresh parsley;
- minced
3 Sprigs cilantro; leaves
- only, minced
Get out your crockpot! Add your tomato sauce, bay leaf,
onion, carrots, spare ribs, pepper, parsley, garlic and
pinch of sugar. Set to high until it bubbles then turn
to low. Let it cook on low for 6 - 7 hours.
After 6 hours, wash your green beans and snap off the
end tips. Add the green beans and the potatoes to your
stew. Cover and continue cooking on low for another 1 -
2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Once potatoes are tender, your meal is done and you're
ready to eat! Enjoy!
