Title: Peach Frozen Yoghurt

2 c Plain Greek yoghurt
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Lemon juice
2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt
4 c Fresh or thawed sliced
- peaches
In a medium bowl stir together yoghurt, sugar, lemon
juice, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Freeze the yogurt mixture in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart ice
cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.
Puree peaches; swirl into yogurt mixture and place in
an airtight container. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours or until
firm. Keep frozen until serving time (up to 1 week). Let
stand at room temperature for 5 to 15 minutes before
serving.
