    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Greek Herbed Shrimp w/Feta & Black Olives
    Categories: Seafood, Herbs, Cheese, Vegetables, Citrus
    Yield: 4 Servings

    MMMMM---------------------------SHRIMP--------------------------------
    1 1/2 lb Peeled, deveined extra-large
    - or jumbo shrimp; thawed,
    - rinsed, patted dry
    Olive oil

    MMMMM-----------------------BASTING SAUCE----------------------------
    1/2 ts Oregano
    1/2 ts Thyme
    1 ts Dill
    Juice from half a lemon
    1/4 c Olive oil
    1 cl Garlic; minced
    Salt & pepper

    MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    1/2 c Crumbled feta
    1/4 c Fine chopped, pitted
    Kalamata olives

    BASTING SAUCE: Combine all ingredients and let rest for at
    least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.

    PREPARING & GRILLING SHRIMP: Prepare a medium-hot fire in
    a grill. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, leaving space
    between them. Brush the shrimp with olive oil.

    Grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush on basting sauce, if
    needed. Turn the shrimp and grill another 2 to 3 minutes,
    until opaque.

    TOPPING: Mix feta with kalamata olives, then sprinkle the
    mixture over the grilled shrimp.
