Title: Colman's Chicken Casserole

Yield: 4 Servings
40 g Env Colman's chicken
- casserole seasoning mix
1 tb Vegetable oil
4 lg Skinless chicken thighs
2 md Onions; sliced
3 Carrots; sliced
425 ml Cold water
Set the oven @ 180ºC/360ºF (170ºC/340ºF fan assisted),
Gas mark 4.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, and fry chicken and onions
for 3-4 minutes until browned. Place in an ovenproof
casserole dish with the carrots.
Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add
to the casserole. Cover and cook for 1 hour, ensure
chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Enjoy with baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
