    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Rufus Rub
    Categories: Rubs, Herbs, Chilies
    Yield: 6 Servings

    1 1/2 tb Seasoned salt
    3 tb Garlic salt
    2 tb Onion salt
    1 tb Lemon pepper
    1 tb Ground celery seed
    1 tb Chilli spice mix
    1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
    1 1/2 ts Black pepper
    1 1/2 ts Dried thyme
    1/2 c Brown sugar
    1 1/2 ts Cayenne
    1/3 ts Smoked paprika

    Put all these ingredients in to a blender and blend
    until a fine powder.

    Rub on pork loin, pork ribs or brisket

    Wrap in foil and bake on a grill indirect heat for
    90 minutes.

    Remove foil

    Add your favorite wood and smoke 60 more minutes.

    Pork Loin and Pork Ribs total time 180 minutes

    Brisket 4 hrs.
