Title: Basil Guacamole

Yield: 16 Servings

2 md Ripe avocados; halved,
- seeded, peeled
3/4 c Snipped fresh basil
1/2 c Chopped seeded tomato
2 tb Chopped green onion
1 tb Fresh lime juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper

Few drops hot pepper sauce
Tortilla chips

In a bowl mash avocado with a fork Stir in basil, tomato,
green onion, lime juice, salt, and red pepper. Serve
immediately with tortilla chips.

Makes about 2 cups (16 2-tablespoon servings).
