MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
Title: Evelyn's Cornflake Cookies

Yield: 12 Servings
3 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c White sugar
1 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Almond extract
2 c Crushed cornflakes cereal
24 Maraschino cherries
Cream together all ingredients except cornflakes and
cherries. Chill dough for one hour.
Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
Roll into 1" balls, then roll balls into crumbs. Place
on parchment-lined sheets, top each cookie with a
cherry. Bake for 13 minutes; 6 minutes on middle rack,
7-8 minutes on top rack.
