    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Evelyn's Pasta
    Categories: Five, Pasta, Chilies, Dairy, Cheese
    Yield: 14 Servings

    1 lb Spaghetti
    4 Jalapeño peppers
    15 oz Mexican Sour Cream
    Salt
    2 oz Unsalted butter; melted
    1 c Grated Cotija cheese

    Cook pasta according to package instructions.

    Meanwhile, place jalapeño, sour cream and salt to taste
    in the blender. Blend for 15 seconds.

    Place a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the sauce,
    and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Place pasta in large bowl and toss thoroughly with
    melted butter. Add the sour cream mixture and Sierra®
    Cotija cheese. Serve pasta and enjoy!
