Title: Grilled Vegetable Packets

Yield: 4 Servings
1 1/2 c Sliced Mushrooms
1 c Cauliflower florets
1 c Broccoli florets
1 c Thin sliced carrots
1 sm Onion; thin sliced
1/2 ts Dried Basil
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb + 1 ts Butter; divided
Combine mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots & onion
in a large bowl. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
Divide vegetable mix evenly onto 4 (18") squares of foil.
Dot each with 1 ts butter.
Using the pyramid wrap method, bring the four corners of
foil together in a triangle shape. Fold open edges
together in loosely locked folds, allowing for heat
circulation and expansion. Repeat for rest of packets.
Grill vegetables 5" To 6" from medium coals for 8 min.
OR until crisp-Tender.
