Title: Armand's Artichoke Stuffing Casserole

Yield: 12 Servings
56 oz (4 cans) artichokes;
- drained
2 c Bread crumbs; seasoned
1 c Fresh romano cheese; grated
1/2 c Olive oil
4 cl Garlic; crushed
1/2 c Parsley
1 ts Dried basil
14 oz Can chicken broth
2 tb Melted butter
2 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 ts Red pepper
Cut artichokes and toss in olive oil and garlic.
Mix in bread crumbs, cheese, and seasonings in a deep
casserole dish (2" deep).
Add broth, butter, lemon, and red pepper over casserole.
Bake for 30 min @ 350ºF/175ºC uncovered.
