Title: Vincent's Famous Waffles w/Sausage

Yield: 2 Servings
3 oz Pancake/Waffle mix
1 lg Egg
1/2 c Milk
2 Links breakfast sausage
Syrup or jam/jelly
Cook sausage to desired doneness. Keep warm while you
make the waffles.
Heat waffle iron. (Waffle irons without a nonstick
coating may need to be brushed with vegetable oil or
sprayed with cooking spray before batter for each waffle
is added.)
In large bowl, beat egg with wire whisk until fluffy.
Beat milk and waffle mix just until smooth.
Pour about 1/2 batter onto center of hot waffle iron.
(Check manufacturer’s directions for recommended amount
of batter.) Close lid of waffle iron.
Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully
remove waffle. Butter lavishly. Serve immediately.
Repeat with remaining batter.
