    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: St. Aloysius' Quick Chicken Marinade
    Categories: Herbs, Chilies, Sauces, Vegetables
    Yield: 8 Servings

    3/4 c Chopped fresh chives
    1/2 c Olive oil
    1/4 c Vegetable oil
    1/4 c Soy sauce
    3 tb Honey
    2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    2 tb Distilled white vinegar
    2 ts Garlic powder
    1 1/4 ts Ground ginger
    1 ts Ground black pepper
    1/4 ts Mild chilli spice mix

    Whisk chives, olive oil, vegetable oil, soy sauce,
    honey, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic powder,
    ginger, pepper, and chilli spice in a bowl.

    COOK'S NOTE: Add chicken to marinade, cover, and let set
    in fridge for 4 hours.

    Use leftover marinade as a baste while grilling.
