15 Raspberries; give or take
5 lg Blackberries
1 c Silk Vanilla Coconut Milk
2 c Ice
2 Splendas; to taste

1 tb (to 2 tb) real sugar
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all
the ice is thoroughly crushed to your liking. Enjoy, guilt
free.
This smoothie is gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian,
vegan, and any other food issue free. This healthy
treat is worthy of a little umbrella.
