Title: Lulu's Chilli

Yield: 4 servings
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
15 oz Can Mexican-style stewed
- tomatoes
30 oz (2 cans) chilli beans
1 sm Onion; diced
1 md Bell pepper; diced
14 oz Can corn niblets; opt
1 pk Sazon Goya
3 tb Chilli spice mix
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Red pepper flakes; or more
Shredded Mexican blend
- cheese
Brown the meat in skillet. Add seasonings and onion.
Add green pepper. When cooked through, drain.
Transfer to pot. Add the beans and tomatoes and corn.
Simmer for 30-45 minutes on low till heated through.
When serving sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Serve
with cornbread.
