    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Emma's Meatballs
    Categories: Beef, Pork, Breads, Herbs, Vegetables
    Yield: 12 Servings

    2 lb Hamburger
    1/2 lb Pork sausage
    1 lg Yellow onion; chopped
    3 lg Eggs; well beaten
    2 c Soft bread crumbs
    pn (ea) cayenne & paprika
    1/2 ts Nutmeg
    Salt & pepper
    96 oz (2 cans) tomato juice

    Mix thoroughly all ingredients (except tomato juice) and
    season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne and paprika.
    Make into balls, roll in flour, drop into boiling juice,
    cover and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Serve on hard rolls.
