16 oz Pkg pizza dough
MMMMM------------------------PIZZA SAUCE-----------------------------
28 oz Can tomato sauce
1 ts Salt
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Onion powder
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Italian seasoning
3 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Black pepper
MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
5 oz Pkg mustard greens
6 oz Pkg Italian hard salami;
- sliced
1 Head red cabbage
3 cl Garlic
8 oz Shredded mozzarella
MMMMM-----------------------GARLIC BUTTER----------------------------
2 tb Butter
2 ts Garlic powder
First things first. Set your oven @ 500ºF/260ºC
Get all the sauce ingredients into a pot and simmer.
Let's get all the toppings chopped up so we are ready
Now follow the pizza dough instructions and let's roll it
out
Let's top the dough. Sauce, Salami, fresh garlic, chopped
red cabbage, sprinkle cheese over the top then cover in
greens
Before we put it in let's brush the crust in our garlic
butter. Now 12-15 minutes @ 500ºF/260ºC. Pizza time!
