    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Hyacinth's Minted Potatoes
    Categories: Five, Potatoes, Herbs, Citrus
    Yield: 6 Servings

    3 lb Peeled King Edward potatoes
    2 tb Butter
    1/2 c Minced fresh mint
    1 tb Lemon juice

    Quarter and slice the potatoes. In a large saucepan,
    boil the potatoes in water until tender, about 10
    minutes. Drain. In a large saute pan, melt butter and
    saute the mint with the lemon juice for one minute. Add
    the potatoes and toss to coat. Reheat and serve.
